Chorus is operated by Spaceship Earth LLC. By creating an archive or sending messages to a Chorus number you agree to these terms.
Chorus assigns a phone number to a child. People the family invites text photos, videos, voice memos and notes to that number, and Chorus keeps them in a private archive, writes a weekly chapter from them, and emails that chapter to people the family has approved.
You must be 18 or older to create an archive. The parent or guardian who creates it is responsible for who they invite, and for having asked those people before giving out the number. Do not add someone's number without their agreement.
You keep ownership of everything your family sends. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it, and show it to the people you have approved. We do not use it to train AI models and we do not sell it.
Do not send anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share. Do not use Chorus to harass anyone or to collect information about a child you have no relationship with. We may suspend an archive that is being used this way.
We work to keep Chorus running and your archive intact, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
You can cancel at any time and ask for a full export of your archive in open formats, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@tellchorus.com. If we ever discontinue Chorus, we will give notice and a window to export everything before anything is removed.
If these terms change materially we will say so by email to account holders before the change takes effect.
